Did God speak to His people only in Bible times? Or does He have a special message for His people in these last days when there is so much confusion of doctrine and teaching? Learn of God’s great love for His people and the marvelous gift of prophecy He has bestowed on us and how to use it wisely. 

“As a means of overcoming prejudice and gaining access to minds, medical missionary work must be done, not in one or two places only, but in many places where the truth has not yet been proclaimed. We are to work as gospel medical missionaries, to heal the sin-sick souls by giving them the message of salvation. This work will break down prejudice as nothing else can.” (E. G. White, Testimonies for the Church v. 9, p. 211) This class will teach you what is medical missionary work.

In this comprehensive look at practical, everyday wellness, one may learn how to live healthier and happier. Living in obedience to the natural laws serves to enable a state of wellness and readiness for physical, mental and spiritual healing. 

This class focuses on the importance of seeking God’s standard of education and implementing the blueprint that marks true “Higher Education.” “Now, as never before, we need to understand the true science of education. If we fail to understand this, we shall never have a place in the kingdom of God.” (E. G. White, Christian Educator, August 1, 1897)

If Christ has called His people to “live the truth,” should they be following secular lifestyle standards? These classes will examine the Word of God to develop a Biblical understanding regarding relationships, dress, music, etc. 

The world is perishing for lack of knowledge regarding God’s plan for health, happiness, and holiness. Are you ready to lift up your voice like a trumpet? During this class you will learn how to follow in the footsteps of the Greatest Evangelist, Jesus Christ, through understanding and applying principles of effective communication.

Disease never comes without a cause. If we find the root to these problems, then we uncover the secrets to turning them around. In this class we will discover how every part of our lives, from our clothes, medications, houses, lifestyle choices, all the way down to family relations, affect health and disease. 

In this class, the normals and abnormals of blood pressure, pulse, respiration, blood sugar and temperature are taught and opportunity for practice under supervision is given.

Water, wisely applied can be an amazing help in the treatment of disease and disability. This course is designed to give a fundamental knowledge of the science behind hydrotherapy with a focus upon hands-on training in giving water treatments.

This course looks at the physiology behind proper nutrition, particularly dealing with a plant-based diet. The study is focused upon the ground breaking nutrition textbook, Nutrition for Vegetarians, by Dr. Agatha Thrash.

Health Reform and the Three Angels Messages
‍Learn the inspired reasons for health reform and what connections exist between diet, spirituality and our reception of earth’s final warning.

Food Preparation and Demonstration 
‍Develop culinary presentation skills and enhance knowledge of food preparation (particularly health promoting plant-based dishes). Training also includes the dynamics behind conducting cooking schools and other types of culinary demonstrations, as well as how to preserve natural foods for future use. 

This class explores practical, Christ-centered principles for resolving conflict in healthy and redemptive ways. Trainees will learn how communication, attitudes, and relationships affect emotional, spiritual, and even physical well-being, and how applying biblical principles can bring healing, understanding, and unity in families, workplaces, and communities.

There is a danger of entertaining false ideas of justification by faith. Satan works in a special manner to confuse the mind on this point. We are told, “...Those who enter upon the solemn, sacred work of the ministry should first be given a preparation in lessons upon the teachings of Christ and the apostles in living principles of practical godliness. They are to be educated in regard to what constitutes earnest, living faith. “ (E. G. White, Faith and Works, p. 18) In this class we will untangle the confusion of faith and works.

How do we know what we’re being called to do? God has a special call on your life. He has an appointed place for you to serve and a specific work for you to do. God has a plan for you. Let’s begin to discover what that is in this class.

This is a study of the foundation and central pillar of our faith—the Sanctuary.  God took His chosen people, who after 400 years of captivity had well-nigh forgotten how to worship Him, and spent 40 years in the school of Christ re-educating them. This study will enlighten you as to how to come out of the “confusion” of our time and help bring a people in darkness to the marvelous Light through the steps in the Sanctuary. 

This class provides practical training in basic emergency care and life-saving skills. Trainees will learn how to assess emergencies, respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations, and provide immediate care using simple, practical methods while awaiting further medical assistance.

Examine the connection between the mind, body, and spirit, and how mental and emotional health influence overall well-being. Learn practical, natural, and spiritual principles that support mental resilience, emotional balance, and healing, while gaining insight into how lifestyle, relationships, and thought patterns affect mental health.
